Research | Design | Consulting
The major goal of any design activity is to develop new or improve existing products, systems or services. This is usually an iterative process based on a comprehensive knowledge of the background and context of the system while maintaining a close connection between all stakeholders.
In most cases empirical research methods offer a great support for improving the design. Activities such as field observation, various forms of interviews or focus groups can foster new insights that strengthen the overall quality of the design concept.
My personal focus is to combine techniques and tools of different disciplines in order to achieve a high-quality, effective and sustainable design solution.
